Artist’s Resume



Rodolfo was born in San Antonio, TX. and pursued art from an early age, both from an innate interest in creativity and as a means of dealing with severe asthma. While largely self-taught, he benefitted from the mentoring of two renown individuals, the late southwest artist Mel Casas and Peruvian artist Francisco Grippa, whom he met and befriended while living in Los Angeles, CA.

His work is in the private collection of numerous patrons as well as in corporate collections in California and Washington. He has shown in group shows at the Bellevue Art Museum, Bellevue, WA, the Seattle Art Museum’s Rental Gallery as part of the museum’s Freida Kahlo and Diego Rivera exhibit and at Benaroya Hall in Seattle.

Rodolfo lives in Seattle with his wife Kathleen and their dog Charli.
